PRODUCT FULFILLMENT PRICE LIST Initial Setup $40 per item Establish parameters, accounting, tracking, etc. Storage $ 1 per cu. ft. per month   $10 Minimum Includes insurance coverage on stored materials up to $10,000; additional coverage available. Process Mail Orders $ 2 per order Sort incoming mail, open envelopes, review contents, fill orders. Process Phone Orders $ 5 per order Phone time, order forms, charge forms, etc.; phone line charges (when necessary) below. Fill Orders $ 2 per order + .50 per pc. 48 hour turnaround, includes preparing label, packing slip; manila or padded envelope (preprinted materials provided by client); shipping boxes additional by quote. Shipping Charges By quote Select from DHL or FedEx including insured ground, 3 day, 2nd day, overnight; or US Mail Priority, Standard or Media. Maintain Database $40 setup + .50 per name Includes name and address; other fields by individual quote Rush $10 additional per order 24 hour turnaround. International $10 additional per order Includes preparation of customs documents. Pony's "800" Phone Line $50 per month Client Phone Line No Charge All installation and monthly charges billed to client by phone company. "Information Only" Phone Calls $ 1 per call No order placed.
