PACKAGING
Whether you want professional, guaranteed packing service, or just the materials to do-it-yourself, we have what you need. We use professional materials and methods, including Instapak™ liquid foam packaging and guarantee the safe arrival of anything packed with it.

Use
sturdy corrugated boxes. Do not wrap with paper or string.

Include a delivery address inside box.

Use plastic packing tape or strapping tape. Do not use duct, masking, cellophane or any other type of tape.

If you're sending the item via the postal service, write delivery & return addresses directly on the box with waterproof marker.

Use at least two inches of styrofoam or bubblewrap around each fragile item and at least four inches around electronics. Crumpled paper is not adequate protection for fragiles or electronics.

Use PONY's on-site Insta-PakTM service for guaranteed safe transport. If you pack it, you accept responsibility.
