DHL resumes services to Canada and Israel
We are happy to send an update and follow up to DHL's recent communications about shipping to Canada and Israel. As of today June 30th shipping services to/from these destinations of Canada and Israel have resumed.
Canada:
- DHL Express is pleased to announce that it has restored all services in Canada, reinstating all operations effective June 30
- The resumption of operations follows a successful agreement reached between DHL Express Canada and the Unifor trade union, which represents a significant proportion of our workforce in Canada
Israel:
- DHL Express is pleased to inform our customers that delivery services to and from Israel have resumed as of today, following the reopening of the country’s airspace to air traffic
- Full operations will be reinstated as of 30 June

International Service Suspension Notice– effective June 20, 2025 for USPS
Effective June 20, 2025, the Postal Service™ will temporarily suspend international mail acceptance to destinations where the foreign postal operator has indicated that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States.
Customers are asked to refrain from mailing items addressed to the following countries, until further notice:
These service disruptions affect Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items.
Unless otherwise noted, service suspensions to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
For already deposited items, Postal Service International Service Center (ISC) employees will endorse the items as “Mail Service Suspended — Return to Sender” and then place them in the mail stream for return.
According to DMM 604.9.2.3, customers are entitled to a full refund of their postage costs when service to the country of destination is suspended.
The Postal Service is closely monitoring the situation and will continue to update customers until the situation returns to normal. Priority Mail Express International®
Effective October 25, 2021, due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International® to the following destinations:
