Notary Services
We have an on-site Notary Service available. Cost is $10 per Notary Seal. We also have limited mobile Notary Services available for escrow signing by appointment, which is subject to the Notary on staff. ($25 base charge for in town, plus cost of Notary signing).

Email Sending & Printing
We can scan and send emails or receive and print them as needed during regular business hours. You can send us an email at ponymail@whidbey.net 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
SCAN & SEND COST: First page $2.00, next 2-10 pages $.50 each (next 11+ pages: $.25 each).
PRINTING EMAIL COST: First page $2.00, additional pages $.15 each black & white (color: $.29 each).
Document Shredding
Charge for document and data shredding is $2.00 per pound up to 20 pounds for material brought in to our store. For quantities over 20 pounds, shredding is $1.00 per pound. Pick up service is also available for larger quantities and businesses.

Custom made Self-Inking, Signatures, Art, etc.
Fax Service
We will send faxes during regular business hours. We do not add charges for long distance when sending anywhere in North America. International faxes are charged for long distance depending on the rate at the time sent. After hours sending can be arranged.
FAX SEND: First page $2, next 2-10 pages $1.50 each (next 11+ pages: $1 per page).
We receive faxes for the public at 360.679.3008 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sender must include the receiver’s name and phone number on the document or a cover sheet.
FAX RECEIVE: $1.50 for first page, next 2-10 pages $1 each (next 11+ pages: $.50 per page).
Internet Search
If you have a computer crash, or no connection, we can access the internet and obtain the information you need.
Utility Payments
We accept Comcast equipment returns! We have a free self service counter where you can return your equipment. We do not need your account number, only the address where the service was provided.
We take bill payments Monday-Saturday.
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:45pm
